NexoraSignalLabs (hereafter referred to as "the System") is committed to safeguarding the data integrity of all users interacting with our tactical infrastructure. Our primary operational base is located at Paseo de la Castellana 110, Madrid, Chamartín, España.

1. Data Reconnaissance & Acquisition

We acquire data strictly through authorized channels: direct form submissions, session cookies, and analytics telemetry. We do not engage in unauthorized surveillance. Collected vectors include identity tokens (name, email), communication payloads, and device fingerprints used for system optimization.

2. System Integration & Processing

Data is processed within our secure Madrid-based servers to facilitate service delivery, transaction verification, and infrastructure maintenance. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS 1.3 protocols to prevent signal interception.

3. Vector Protection (GDPR Compliance)

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, you maintain sovereignty over your data. You may request a full system dump (access), signal termination (erasure), or structural correction of your data profile at any time by contacting our Data Control Officer.

4. Operational Duration

Session data is purged after 30 days of inactivity. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Spanish fiscal legislation. Marketing telemetry is disabled by default and requires an explicit opt-in signal.

NexoraSignalLabs deploys digital markers (cookies) to maintain session state and enhance reconnaissance accuracy.

1. Essential Cookies

These are strictly necessary for the System to function. They manage navigation, session authentication, and security protocols. They cannot be deactivated.

2. Performance Cookies

These markers collect anonymized telemetry regarding user navigation patterns and error logs. They allow us to optimize the structural integrity of our interfaces.

3. Preference Cookies

These remember your configuration settings (e.g., theme, language) to ensure a consistent operational environment across sessions.

You may purge non-essential markers via your browser interface or by using our "PING_SONAR: Accept" trigger in the footer banner.

Financial transactions with NexoraSignalLabs are governed by strict tactical deployment rules.

1. Initialization Fee

All projects require a non-refundable 40% initialization fee to secure engineering resources and begin reconnaissance.

2. Project Cancellation

If a mission is aborted by the client after commencement, the initialization fee is forfeited. Any work completed beyond the initialization phase will be billed at the standard hourly rate of 95€/hr until the system state is returned to the last stable build.

3. Final Delivery Discrepancies

If the final deployment fails to meet the criteria outlined in the initial tactical brief, NexoraSignalLabs will perform a structural audit and rectification at no additional cost. If the discrepancy is due to a System failure, a full reimbursement of the final 60% will be initiated within 14 days.

By engaging with the infrastructure of NexoraSignalLabs, you agree to the following operational mandates.

1. Service Sovereignty

NexoraSignalLabs retains the right to suspend any operation that violates international cyber-security protocols or attempts to breach the integrity of our tactical matrix.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom code and design assets generated for the client are transferred to the client's ownership. NexoraSignalLabs retains the right to display the project in our tactical showcase for up to 12 months post-deployment.

3. Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be adjudicated in the courts of Madrid, specifically at Paseo de la Castellana 110, Madrid, Chamartín, España.
